PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This policy covers BallCraft’s public website at ballcraft.app and enquiries sent using its contact details. Information handled through the training app is covered by the separate app Privacy Policy.
Browsing and contacting us
You can browse this website without an account. It has no web forms or payment checkout. Its contact links open your email app.
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message and attachments. We use these to respond to your enquiry and related follow-up. Please send only the information needed for your enquiry.
Services used by this website
Cloudflare Pages hosts and protects the website. It processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and request times, and supports connection-error reporting.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the requests needed to supply them. Our email providers handle the messages we receive and send.
These services operate internationally, so information may be processed outside Australia, including in the United States. Further information is available in Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
We do not sell personal information.
Keeping information and making requests
We retain enquiry correspondence in our email inbox and use it to respond to enquiries and related follow-up.
To ask for access to your personal information, request a correction or ask us to consider deletion, email [email protected]. We may need to check your identity or authority and whether any records must be kept by law. Sending a deletion request does not itself delete information.
Operator, contact and complaints
BallCraft is operated by Duncan McLean, a sole trader trading as Ballcraft, ABN 71 687 437 322.
For a privacy question or complaint, contact [email protected]. Explain your concern and the outcome you are seeking so we can consider it and respond.
If you are not satisfied with our response, or have not received one, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner explains when it can consider a complaint.
Updates
We may update this policy as the website or our information handling changes. The date above identifies the latest revision.
